bevh-Nachhaltigkeitswoche - Webinar 7: Sustainable returns management
Europe’s biggest e-tailer Amazon and return specialist BuyBay are hosting a joint webinar about sustainable returns management during bevh´s Sustainability Week.

Amazon:
Dealing with returns is a challenge, not just for Amazon, but for all retailers – whether online or in-store. Our approach is to build a comprehensive circular economy program with the aim of reducing returns overall, reusing and reselling products, and disposing of as little of them as possible. The number one objective always is to provide products that customers keep and use. Should a customer want to return an item anyway, Amazon offers a number of free, uncomplicated and convenient ways to do this. With this in mind, we invested in numerous services that help our customers and our sellers to handle returns as best as possible.

Buybay:
The topic is especially relevant with Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Christmas Holidays around the corner. As online shopping is booming, most e-tailers, retailers, and manufacturers expect returns piling up their warehouses until the beginning of next year. In this webinar, returns specialist BuyBay explains how sustainable returns management before and during the peak season, can lead to more profit, less waste, and happy customers.

Referenten:
Richard Loretto, Director, EU Circular Economy, Amazon
Alexander Lange, Business Development Germany, BuyBay GmbH
